Incident -1

Time - June 2012   Place - M G Road

Was on my way back home and saw the big ripe Mangoes. Went to the vendor to buy some. A Senior Lady was already picking some "best ones". I was bewildered as to how to choose from the entire lot! They all appear exactly the same. 

So I randomly picked 2 mangoes and asked him to pack. The lady intervened and said to the vendor to give me the Best ones!  what made me smile was when she said-  "Give the little girl the good mangoes!!" 

then she picked another 2 out and asked the guy to pack them instead. I took them and got back. 

The lady was nice and it was kind of cute :)


Incident - 2

Time - May 2013   Place - Metro Station

Was taking the exit when I saw this perplexed Old Man with a token in his hand. He was in Gray kurta pajamas. A walking stick in the other Hand and seemed like he had some vision impairment.

He asked me from where could he board the bus to Galleria. I tried to explain but he looked worrisome. He won't even take the exit ! So I took his token and asked him to cross as soon as i say him to. He hurriedly did so.

After wards, I continued to my way but then he still had to be led till the Bus. And it would have been really mean to leave him on his own amidst the Hustle bustle. Guiding was of no avail so I led him to the elevator. Had a strange but warm feeling within. I optioned him to take an Auto, but i Guess he took the Bus.

And when he look relieved I took leave as he thanked me with a blessing sealed in his wrinkled smile.
